Our pizzas are truly special and are made only with noble and unrefined grains such as Tumminia, whole durum wheat and other ancient grains native to Sicily.

We use freshly picked vegetables and herbs from our farm and mix them directly into the dough. We invite you to enjoy the crust, which is so often left uneaten! Our sommeliers have chosen the wines, strictly Sicilian, to match with the pizzas and enhance your dining experience.
