Located on the lawn next to the swimming pool our wine bar offers carefully selected Sicilian wines, cocktails made with freshly cut herbs, and the best view of the surrounding area! Join us daily for an Aperitivo between 6:30- 8:30 PM and enjoy a special Tapas menu!
CULINARY TEAM
Chef Crystal Lee is a passionate longevity chef, known for blending traditional Sicilian/Italian classic dishes with modern Asian flavors. She has worked under Chef Sauro in Joia Academy in Milan and holds a certificate in plant-based nutrition from Le Cordon Bleu. With her unique background in both culinary arts and nutrition, Crystal masterfully combines flavorful, plant-based ingredients to create meals that promote longevity and excite diners' palates at the same time.
